  5. Gift Creations will not dispatch goods unless payment has been made in full to us or you have made a prior arrangement.

  9. Gift hampers that contain alcohol may only be bought or delivered to persons over the age of 18 years.
  10. No responsibility can be accepted by Gift Creations for late deliveries due to circumstance outside of our control.
  11. In the unfortunate event a gift has been damaged due to the delivery process, please call Gift Creations within 24 hours so we can arrange for the gift to be returned and a replacement organised.

  13. Once a gift has been packaged and has left our premises no cancellations or alterations are allowed.
  14. Gift Creations use only quality products from reputable suppliers, in the unlikely event a product is faulty it will be returned to the suppliers for a replacement.
