Our on-line shopping cart incorporates 128 bit data encryption allowing for the secure on-line transmission of credit card numbers. The security of our shop can be verified via the web browser's locked padlock icon when you checkout to complete your order.

Order Terms

Orders placed by 10.30am (AEST) will be despatched for delivery that afternoon to the following areas:-

Blue Mountains (Emu Plains to Mt Victoria)
Sydney Metro

All other orders or deliveries to outside these regions please allow the longer delivery times quoted in the shopping cart menu.

Christmas Orders

As Christmas is an extremely busy time of year for most everyone, we ask for your patience at this time and request you to allow an extra five working days for delivery to all areas. Naturally as overseas deliveries are reliant on Australia Post we would also ask you to observe their recommended deadlines.

Delivery Fees and Charges

The amount charged for deliveries will be calculated in the shopping cart when placing your order however, variances may occasionally occur. If you are unsure about a delivery charge, please contact us.

The delivery fees quoted are based on using a courier, if you would like a cheaper alternative we can use Australia Post, please contact us on 024751 7300.

Delivery Terms

Gift Creations will do our utmost to ensure your gift arrives on time and in immaculate condition. However, there maybe occasions where our couriers have difficulties due to unforeseen circumstances such as:- theft, damage or unexpected delays. While we cannot accept responsibility for those times, we will do our best to limit those times and ensure your recipient is not disappointed.

Please note we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
